American star Jennifer Lopez defended her husband, the famous actor Ben Affleck, as fans continued to question his facial expressions, which often show him sad, according to the Independent newspaper.
The 54-year-old actress’s statements about her partner come after Affleck’s face became the subject of many memes, including one last year that mocked him when he looked exceptionally sad and tired at the Grammy Awards.
During her interview, Lopez responded to how fans often worry that Affleck appears sad. According to the singer, her husband’s appearance is nothing to worry about, as she explained that he is in good health.
She continued: “Ben is fine. You don’t have to worry about him…he’s good and happy. “He’s here, he’s been nominated,” he said, referring to his film Air, which was nominated for two Golden Globes this year.
Lopez also indicated that she does not know why news about her husband’s facial expressions constantly spreads, adding: “I don’t understand what people are really worried about.”
