1987 would prove to be the year life Jennifer Gray (62) was to change forever. She then achieved huge success playing Frances “Baby” Houseman in the iconic movie ‘Dirty Dancing’.
This was after success
In retrospect, however, it has been kept quiet about “Baby”. She herself believes that the nose operation she performed in 1989 was largely to blame.
Now Gray will play the controversial cult leader Gwen Shamblin in the film “Gwen Shamblin: Starving for Salvation.”
Gray herself shared a little sneak peek of herself in the role on Instagram, and she’s completely unrecognizable, she writes People.
“Call me Gwen,” she captioned the photo.
Many seem to be thrilled with what they see.
“OK… you have my full attention,” wrote one user.
“What an incredible change!” writes another.
A third user writes that she looks absolutely fantastic and is “can’t wait” to see the film.
For the film, which premieres just before the new year, the actor has undergone major changes.
With high bleached hair and clearly defined lips, she assumes the role of cult leader.
In addition to her role as Shamblin, Gray will return to her role as Frances Houseman in the upcoming sequel to Dirty Dancing. Something that was revealed in April.
About Depp: – Crazy jealous
While it’s known that he’s returning to the iconic role, there’s no word on how big his role in the sequel will be.
