The man from Empat Lawang, South Sumatra (Sumsel), named Jek became in the spotlight after marry two women, Linda and Vivi. Jek plans to bring his two wives to live together in Jakarta.
“The three of us are still living here (Empat Lawang). The plan is that in the near future I want to bring my two wives to live together in West Jakarta because I work there. Pray for us that our household will last forever and soon we will get offspring from my two wives,” said Jek, Friday (10/9/2021).
Jek also talked about his marriage which was in the spotlight. He said he gave a dowry of 1.5 grams of gold to each of his wives.
Jek said he knew Linda first. The two of them knew each other in 2020 when they both worked in Jakarta.
Jek then met Vivin while returning home to Muara Saling, Empat Lawang. The two have been good friends since July 2021.
Long story short, Jek has a dilemma and invites the two women to talk about wedding plans. Unexpectedly, the two agreed to marry Jek.
“No thought,” he said.
Jek first held a marriage contract with Linda in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu. A week later, on Thursday (9/9), Jek held a marriage contract with Vivin, which was attended by Linda and her family.
“The photos and videos circulating can be said to be a simple reception, because it’s for the sake of protecting the feelings of my wife and her family,” said Jek.
Their marriage went viral from a video showing a man marrying two women at a time. The man looked happy after holding the marriage ceremony at his residence. The two women are seen on the right and left of the groom.
“The marriage is true, the marriage contract is around 10:00 WIB, the location is in Kampung 2, Muara Saling Village,” said the Head of Saling Sub-district, Empat Lawang Regency, Salman Alfarisy Anwar, when asked for confirmation. detik.com, Thursday (9/9).
