Ittihad Jeddah Saudi Club announced the injury of the team’s defender, Ahmed Hijazi, after he underwent tests today, Sunday, as a result of feeling pain during the Al-Hilal match that was held yesterday, Saturday, in the Saudi Professional League.
The Jeddah Federation said in a statement issued today, Sunday: “The player of the first football team, Ahmed Hegazy, underwent medical examinations today at Dr. Soliman Fakih Hospital, the medical partner of the club, after the initial examinations he underwent this morning in the club’s clinic due to the pain he felt after the end of yesterday’s meeting. “
The statement continued: “The tests showed the player’s need for a treatment program, and medical follow-up on the development of his response to treatment, before he was allowed to return to participate in training.”
Ahmed Hegazy joined Al-Ittihad Jeddah on loan from West Bromwich Albion until the end of the current season 2020-2021.
