Jeannine Glausen is the new Chief People Officer of MoneyPark and sits on the board of directors

MoneyPark, the leading mortgage and real estate specialist in Switzerland, has appointed a new Chief People Officer. Jeannine Glausen took over the management of the HR department on 1 January 2023 and is a member of the Executive Board.

Jeannine Glausen assumed the new position of Chief People Officer on January 1, 2023, representing Human Resources on the MoneyPark board. Together with her team in Zurich and Lausanne, she will be responsible for and further develop all personnel-related tasks.

“Jeannine Glausen brings extensive experience from fast-growing technology scale-ups and established companies and will be able to provide us with optimal support,” says Martin Tschopp, CEO of MoneyPark. Most recently, Jeannine Glausen was Head of People & Organization at the Viessmann Group, responsible for introducing new HR standards and recruitment processes. Previously, she led the HR transformation programs at Digitec Galaxus and bexio, including in a management position. She has also led HR teams at Emmi Group and pwc and held positions in Talent Management and as an HP Business Partner at Baloise Group and UBS.

In the new position of Chief People Officer, he reports directly to Martin Tschopp, CEO of MoneyPark, and rounds out the management team.
