Freshly promoted to National for the first time in its history, Paris 13 Atletico has chosen Jean-Guy Wallemme to replace Fabien Valéri on the bench, who has left for Chambly (N2). The 54-year-old technician had been free since leaving Fréjus Saint-Raphaël (N2) in April.

In a press release, Ile-de-France President Frédéric Pereira welcomed this arrival: “We chose Jean-Guy Wallemme for his humble and hard-working profile which matches the image of the club. Jean-Guy is a very experienced trainer, who needs no introduction. He knows the region, the division, but also the higher divisions and much more… He has won titles and obtained results everywhere he has been. I am convinced that he is the man who will allow us, all together, to take up the challenge of National 1 (sic)! »

Among his many coaching experiences, Wallemme notably led Lens, Saint-Étienne, Auxerre and the Congo selection.
