Jean François Ndongou calls for more courtesy

Libreville, Monday October 30, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The President of the Lower House of Parliament invites deputies to show mutual respect during the debates.

Jean François Ndongou kicked off the ordinary session of the National Assembly this Monday. Opportunity for the President of the Upper House to call on the deputies to be more civil during the debates. “I remain convinced that you would be able to assume your patriotic responsibilities, through your active and constructive participation; I hope that our discussions will be marked by courtesy and mutual respect,” recommended Jean François Ndongou.

Going in the same direction, the President of the National Assembly asks his colleagues to demonstrate simplicity. “Let us cultivate humility, let us always keep in mind that we are all ignorant of the realities that we would face but by taking a retrospective look at our past, we would be able to find light on our future,” he underlined.
