Early in the morning of March 6, Thomas R. broke into Mieke’s student residence in Leeuwarden. R. allegedly made contact with American student Mieke via the Tinder dating app, but she was rejected.
Yet he kept texting her and gradually became a stalker, who couldn’t accept that Mieke had found a new love in Tom.
