The JDC Group subsidiary Jung, DMS & Cie. has gained another public insurance group, Öffentliche Versicherung Braunschweig (ÖVBS), as a cooperation partner.
Similar to the collaboration with Versicherungskammer Bayern, Provinzial or SV Sparkassen Versicherung, the platform technology from Jung, DMS & Cie. serves as the engine room for the processing processes and the back office functionalities for the ÖVBS business with third-party contracts of its approximately 350,000 customers.
The ÖVBS subsidiary “Öffentliche Services GmbH” will use JDC’s own broker management program iCRM and the JDC app “allesmeins” as a white label version. The app will be made available to ÖVBS customers as “Öffentliche VersicherungsManager” so that they can use this “Insurance Home” solution to view and manage their entire insurance portfolio, including contract and claim services, from anywhere. The new offer will start in September with 25 selected offices of the public sector and will be expanded further in the future.
By transferring third-party contracts, ÖVBS agents and consultants can also provide holistic advice and optimize their customers’ insurance solutions.
