JCI weakened slightly at the end of trading on Thursday (22/10), foreign net sell of IDR 250 billion

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) weakened slightly at the end of trading today. Thursday (22/10) at 15.00 WIB, JCI fell 4.63 points or 0.09% to 5,091.82 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Seven sectors accompanied the decline in the JCI today. The mining and plantation sector indexes fell 1.01% each. The consumer goods sector fell 0.68%. The trade and services sector fell 0.42%. Construction and property sectors eroded 0.23%.

Miscellaneous industrial sector fell 0.20%. the manufacturing sector fell 0.09%. The three sectors that were still strong were the basic industry sector 0.96%, the infrastructure sector 0.20% and the financial sector 0.12%.

The total volume of stock exchange transactions reached 14.67 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 9.35 trillion. A total of 264 stocks fell in price today. There were 147 stocks higher and 178 stocks flat.

  • PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) -4,76%
  • PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (LANGUAGE) -3,76%
  • PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) -3,51%

Top gainers LQ45 consists of:

  • PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (BTPS) 5,74%
  • PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) 4,40%
  • PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) 4%

Foreign investors took note net sell IDR 262 billion in all markets. The stocks with the largest foreign net sales are PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) IDR 87.7 billion, PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) Rp 66.9 billion, and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) IDR 43.9 billion.

The stocks with the largest foreign net purchases are PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) IDR 99.7 billion, PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) IDR 97.8 billion, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) IDR 58.1 billion.
