JCC presents the “least worst” of his work

The amateur photographer JCC presents his photo exhibition entitled “The least worst”, until July 31, in the Camara boutique, specializing in photography.

He promised it, it will be his last exhibition. The Chartresian amateur photographer JCC (the artist’s name of Jean-Claude Conrad), exhibits about fifteen shots in the Camara shop, specializing in photography, in the city center. So many creative photos, gathered in an exhibition entitled “The least worst”, to see until July 31st.

“Every photo tells a story”

The story begins at the age of 12, when Jean-Claude Conrad discovers photography. After having practiced painting and sculpture, he launched himself into photography in 2000. Self-taught in these different fields of creation, this former projector decorator in interior architecture does not lack imagination when he works on his shots.

“It’s simple, I want each photo to tell a story,” he confided during the installation of his exhibition.

Nothing surprising on the part of this former layout design manager, who used specialized software such as Photoshop and CorelDraw to rework his photos. Objective: a singular rendering and a style of his own, marked by attention to detail, consistency between colors and a certain influence of his professional experiences. The amateur photographer also adds, with amusement: “Aerating his images from time to time prevents them from smelling musty. »

His pictures invite reflection, appeal to the imagination, while composing with a funny and amusing side. Over the course of this singular exhibition, each photograph arouses interest and a time of pause and attention, necessary in order to appreciate its full meaning.
