Honda Jazz car driver Initials IAR (35) was named a suspect for hitting a 5-year-old child to death in South Jakarta. Accident wantIt started when the IAR suspect received a phone call while driving his vehicle.
The incident occurred on Tuesday (14/6) at around 19.30 WIB on Jalan Pancoran Timur, South Jakarta. The perpetrator at that time admitted that he was receiving a call from his colleague before hitting the victim.
“So that’s when he received a phone call. The position of the phone was on his left. He took it cell phoneI want to put it on the right on the dashboard,” said Head of Laka Polres, East Jakarta Metro AKP Sigit when contacted, Saturday (6/18/2022).
Sigit said the perpetrator did not stop the car when he received the call. IAR keeps driving while trying to move cell phone to the right position.
During the transfer process, IAR lost focus. He didn’t know there was speed bump which is in front of it.
The speed of the car suddenly accelerated until IAR lost control. Unfortunately, the driver then hit the victim who was driving with his father until the girl died.
“Don’t concentrate because there are other activities. He admits he accepts cell phone and, when he wants move cell phone from left to right, apparently he didn’t see any speed bumps. So it can be called (negligent) due to the use of cell phonesaid Sigit.
The driver of the Honda Jazz has now been named a suspect. The perpetrator has been detained with a threat of 6 years in prison.

It started when the victim was riding a motorcycle with his son, AAR, suddenly hit by a Honda Jazz from behind. MR and Ar immediately bounced under the car.
The father was immediately hysterical when his daughter was run over by a car.
“A ** g …. a ** g …, anak I,” shouted MR while cursing the Honda Jazz driver.
After that, the perpetrator even backed the car. Several residents helped the victim immediately told the victim to stop.
