The Celtics forward, who has raised his level in recent weeks in the NBA, registered 31 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, being key to Boston’s fifth consecutive victory.
A data provided by ESPN Stats & Info, revealed that Tatum, 24, accumulates 199 points in the last 5 games, being the second best mark in a span of 5 games in the history of the Celtics, only surpassed by the great Larry Birdwho in 5 games during the 1985 season scored 206 points.

In addition to being the fifth straight win for Boston, it was also Tatum’s fifth straight game scoring above 30 points, with one 54-point game and one 44-point game in that span.
This season Tatum was selected for the third year in a row to Stars game of the league for his outstanding individual contribution, currently averaging 26.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and a steal, in 64 games played.
