Javier Ramonlawyer specializing in public law with more than 20 years of experience in consulting in urban planning law, joins the team of lawyers in the sector as director BDO lawyers with the aim of guiding the practice of urban planning law, as well as managing the work with clients who request this specialization.
In this sense, the incorporation of Javier Ramón to this team, directed by the magistrate on leave Joaquin Vives de la Cortadadirector of the area, he is part of the firm’s policy of strengthening the group of jurists in public law and town planning.
Javier Ramón, graduated in law from the Complutense University of Madrid, was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the CEU-SAN PABLO University and at the Complutense University. In addition, he is a regular speaker at numerous bar associations, and lecturer in public law in training courses for officials of the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha, as well as the Ministry of Justice.
Before joining the firm, Javier Ramón was a magistrate at the Courts of Cuenca and Guadalajara for nine years, where he has held the position of Magistrate of the Litigation-Administrative Court of Guadalajara. Since he started his professional career in 2009 as a lawyer specializing in Public Law and Urban Planning, assisted national and multinational companies as well as several local companies.
