In the middle of election day and waiting for the results, leaders and candidates of Freedom Advances sent messages with warnings about possible fraud schemes, a strategy similar to that already implemented by other leaders of the international right. The Electoral Justice came to the crossroads of the versions and recalled that complaints must be presented through formal channels.

Through Twitter, he shared a user post @mgheavenforces who presents himself as a “content extractor and merchant of La Libertad Avanza” in his profile and claims without evidence that “several schools” tear up Milei and Marra’s ballots. “DESPERATE. Vice presidential candidate Victoria Villarruel also joined the complaints. From her X account (formerly her Twitter) she shared a message from the media outlet La Derecha Diario, identified as La Libertad Avanza. According to that publication, the former candidate for Riojan governor Martín Menem assured that in General Ocampo (La Rioja) “Kirchnerist militants locked Milei prosecutors in a bathroom so they could not replace ballots“.
The same media published a dubious complaint against the mayor of Quilmes of the Frente de Todos, Mayra Mendoza. La Derecha Diario viralized a video in which a discussion is seen in the EST School N°6 (Calchaquí 1894) between a security officer and a woman who claims that presidential candidate Javier Milei’s ballots are missing. However, the community leader is not even mentioned in the record.

In addition to this, La Libertad Avanza made an email available and launched a official website of the space to make complaints of irregularities during election day.
