This has been indicated by his lawyer, Javier Falomir, upon arrival at the courts, accompanying his client. The lawyer has indicated to the media that they are “happy to be able to come to testify, above all, to clarify the doubts and errors, which are numerous, in the UCO report and, deal with it, to close the unfortunate procedure as soon as possible that so much damage is being done to my client and his family”.
For his part, Francis Puig, asked if he would make statements to the numerous media that await him at the end of his statement, only replied in Valencian: “We will see, we will see.”
The judge investigating the alleged irregularities in subsidies to companies linked to Francis Puig has summoned him to testify this Monday, as an applicant for the aid, while the appearance of the administrator of Canal Maestrat SL, Juan Enrique Adell Bovell, is scheduled for Wednesday.
