Four players are no less young, aged 24 and two are 25. However, more experienced players were also called up, especially from the Mexican National Team, to ensure that balance is achieved in the youth process.
There are only two players who are 30 years old or older, such is the case of Jesús Gallardo and Henry Martín; with no less experience are Luis Chávez, Orbelín Pineda, Luis Romo and Guillermo Martínez, the latter who at 29 years old has just begun to be considered by the Tricolor.
They were Jesús Orozco Chiquete, Bryan González, Marcelo Flores, César Huerta and Santiago Giménez, the last three who were considered under the era of ‘Vasco’ Aguirre and Rafal Márquez with the Mexican National Team.
Three 22-year-old players were ruled out, such as Víctor ‘Toro’ Guzmán, who was included in Javier Aguirre’s squad, as well as Jordan Carrillo and Andrés Montaño, who were ruled out on this occasion by Vasco.
