His Excellency Jassim Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, affirmed that the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council have invested in man and provided him with the capabilities that help him refine and develop his skills and capabilities in various fields to be an active member of his society, innovating, inventing and increasing the components of his skills. Let us reap, generation after generation, capable, empowered and creative youth. During his speech during the Forum of Gulf Experiences Forum within the activities of the World Government Summit 2023, he stressed that the Cooperation Council, under the directives of the leaders of the GCC countries, did not overlook any aspect that could achieve Gulf citizenship and exchange experiences, indicating that Article 20 of the economic agreement stipulated that « Member states shall develop programs to encourage talented people and support innovation and invention, and cooperate in the field of intellectual property and develop systems and procedures to protect the rights of creators and inventors, and coordinate their policies in these areas towards other countries, regional groupings, and regional and international organizations.
During the opening session of the forum, which was titled “Future Governments: Talents are the Basis of Readiness,” Jassim Al-Budaiwi indicated that the GCC strategy in the field of civil service and human resources development has set a clear vision and message that seeks to achieve an integrated civil service.
