The family lived in the same house then as now, Topanga Canyon in Los Angeles. But for many years it was difficult to pay the bills, Momoa admits.

The 41-year-old has previously said in interviews that he had such poor advice during the recording that he could not travel from Europe and home to the United States during the breaks.

– My God, I can not believe it when I see my name listed with these, he says about “Dune” colleagues Josh Brolin (52) and Javier Bardem (51).

– I still feel like a child, so I freak out a bit.

Even when he finished “Baywatch” in 2001, Momoa went on a rampage and struggled to be taken seriously in the industry.

– For the first three or four years afterwards, it was completely impossible to find an agent who would work with me, he says.
