A few hours later, Agáta Hanychová reacted to it on social networks: “We absolutely did not want to comment on such a terrible situation, but since Mr. Soukup commented on the whole thing, saying that he should have been attacked by my husband, we have to strongly deny this fact, when, on the contrary, our family was attacked. I’m at the police now and we’re all completely devastated, I’ll put out a short statement tomorrow to stop misinformation from spreading. Of course, the case did not escape the attention of Jaromír Soukup’s upcoming opponent, Karlos Benda. He commented on the incident on his Instagram saying: “At least you can see that he’s training”
The situation will probably have legal consequences, as Soukup has already hired lawyers to represent him in the whole matter. However, the main match of the Clash of the Stars 10 gala evening between Benda and Soukup under the rules of classic boxing, which takes place on November 22 in Brno, should not be in danger.
