The arrest alleges that on September 19th, an 18-year-old woman who was near the Imperial Theater in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, was accused of behavior that made her suspect of “daddy-hunting,” receiving money and goods from men in exchange for dates, and of illegally reselling tickets. While doing so, he allegedly recorded a video on his smartphone and posted it on YouTube without any mosaic effects on his face. It has not been made clear whether or not she approved.
According to the squad, the woman was just meeting up with a friend, and there was no evidence of her being a daddy or illegally reselling the product. She approached the Metropolitan Police Department and asked for the video to be deleted.
