EYE INDONESIA, JAKARTA-Japanese researchers have created a smart kitchen appliance that relies on electricity to make food saltier and tastier without adding extra salt.
Salt greatly improves the taste of food, but it is also a very dangerous ingredient, which when consumed in excess can cause serious health problems such as hypertension, heart disease and stroke.
But what if we could make food salty without using salt? This is what Meiji University scientists and developer Kirin Holdings have been working on for several years.
Launching the odditycentral page, last April, they showed their first groundbreaking creation, which is a pair of smart wands, and now they have several commercial products ready to go commercial.
