The company said in a statement on ‘Tadawul Saudi Arabia’ today, Sunday, that the board’s recommendation included distributing profits to shareholders worth 20 million riyals, which represents 10% stake in the company for the second and third quarter of 2022 YEAR DOMINI.
And he explained that the share fee will be 1 riyal, provided that eligibility is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the meeting and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center to the address at the end of the second open market day following the maturity date, bearing in mind that the dividend distribution date starts from 18 January 2023 AD
The company added that the Ordinary General Meeting will also discuss a vote to authorize the Board of Directors to distribute interim interim earnings for the 2023 fiscal year.
He indicated that only shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty service (www.tadawulaty.com.sa) are entitled to vote electronically on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting, which will start on January 4, 2023 AD morning, until the end the time of convocation of the Ordinary General Assembly.
