In December 2018, Janin and Kostja Ullmann announced the end of their marriage. “Guys, we broke up. We can deal with it, hopefully you too, ”the couple wrote on Instagram at the time. Two and a half years have passed since then.
The separation has now both been overcome, even if it was just as surprising for the former dream couple in the acting industry as it was for friends and fans. “I think that was completely unexpected for many,” said the 39-year-old in an interview with RTL. “I think a little for us, too, that things have come this far. And we definitely would not have wished that. “

After twelve years together, the marriage was suddenly in ruins. “I didn’t want it that way at all. I didn’t imagine it that way either, ”the actress continued.
When the marriage broke out, the dream of having a family broke down. “I really would like to be a mother. I would also prefer to be the mother of two or three children, ”says Janin Ullmann. “Now my situation is as it is.” The actress is optimistic that supermodel Naomi Campbell became a mother for the first time at the age of 50.
Janin Ullmann would also want a new man in her life again. In 2020, she suddenly made headlines as the new friend of professional footballer Neymar. The two have been seen together multiple times, but the relationship has never been confirmed. Today she says: “It was a good time.” But nothing more.
