Every episode Jani and Dominique are joined by a famous guest and two unknown families. They too are behind their own stove, as everything is completely corona proof. Kazaltzis provides entertainment, but will also show his cooking talent. “I really cook every day,” he tells Het Nieuwsblad. “Nicely presented plates and a well-defined menu is not really my thing. I just put everything on the table and everyone takes what he or she wants. In Greek, that’s how I was raised. ”

Kazaltzis inherited his parents’ love of cooking. “When I was fourteen or fifteen years old, my mom went back to work. If my parents weren’t home by then, I would cook. It relaxes me. I have an awful lot of cookbooks. On Sundays I will read it, very silly. I prefer to make something Greek. Moussaka or peppers filled with minced meat and rice. ”
