titled ” Family First “, this sequel to the film” Janet Jackson from last year will look at his efforts to reunite the family band with his brother Randy Jackson.
Janet Jackson will be accompanied by a film crew when she begins her tour Together Again this year, in order to report on his journey as part of a follow-up to his documentary Janet Jackson.
While the original documentary offered an overview of the life and career of Janet Jackson, the new project, Janet Jackson: Family First will be a chronicle of the present. Production is currently underway and will continue as the star embarks on her first tour in four years in the spring. The documentary will also examine the singer’s efforts to reunite the Jackson family band, for the first time in 40 years, with her brother Randy.

The release date for the new documentary has yet to be announced.
Jackson will kick off his Together Again tour in April, with Ludacris as a special guest throughout the tour. The tour is in part a celebration of Jackson’s 50-year career, which will also celebrate the 25th anniversary of Velvet Rope and 30 years of Janet.
