TV fans of Jandino Asporaat (42), better known to us as the foul-mouthed Judeska from the ‘Bon Bini’ franchise, have come from far and wide to the opening of the first FC Kip restaurant in the heart of Rotterdam. The area around the new fast food restaurant is full of people wanting to take a look. Presenter John Williams and kickboxing champion Rico Verhoeven also came to taste.

For years, the extravagant and foul-mouthed Judeska, masterfully played by Jandino Asporaat, has been conquering the internet in both Flanders and the Netherlands. After a successful series on TV and YouTube and four cinema films, the first FC Kip restaurant opened in Rotterdam on Wednesday. The area surrounding the restaurant was immediately full of fans wanting to catch a glimpse of their idol. Jandino, in the role of Judeska, announced via Instagram that he would stay at home.

In the video, Judeska says that more than 1,000 fans showed up, that the trams were diverted because they could no longer pass and that entire streets were closed off. “It is not normal. Chaos! I am grateful for all this love, but stay home with your grave branch face today!”, it continues.

‘Against the plain’
The fans’ patience is tested by the long wait, but around a quarter past two, Judeska arrives at the restaurant, accompanied by a brass band. As his alter ego Judeska, Asporaat then gives his opening speech: “If you don’t pay, you will certainly be kicked to the ground.” Once inside, favorite dishes are also served, including the Chapburger and crispy chicken.
“I think the Chapburger is lekkor, the your mother bucket,” responds Judeska, who is busy waving her hands back and forth, decorated with bright pink acrylic nails. She didn’t have to sit in the chair for long to get the fake nails. “They were on it within ten minutes, because I woke up like this. I really stand up like this, I am a natural beauty.”
Judeska could also count on the presence of several celebrities. In addition to kickboxing champion Rico Verhoeven, presenter John Williams, singer Shirma Rouse, comedian Guido Weijers and vlogger Chahid Charrak (Dutch Performante), among others, came to eat a piece of chicken.

Spiritual father
FC Kip has been one of the most famous fast food restaurants in the Netherlands for ten years, without anyone actually eating anything there. It was the invention of Asporaat, whose characters Judeska and Sydney worked at FC Kip in the ‘Dino Show’ and ‘Bon Bini Holland’.
Even before FC Kip has opened its doors, franchisees are already knocking, Asporaat previously told this site: “Requests are coming in from Suriname, Curaçao, Aruba, Belgium and various cities in the Netherlands. While no one has tasted or seen anything yet. I do not rule out that we will roll out FC Kip.”
