On Wednesday it became known that celebrity stylist and TV profile Jan Thomas (55) has got a new job. He will lead a brand new program on TV Norway and Discovery + called “Drag Me Out”, which premieres this spring.
The recording is already in full swing, but it has not happened without an accident. Jan Thomas reveals this to Dagbladet.
The recent “Drag Me Out” host has recently both trained and completed a number of intros for the program.

On Monday, however, he got a little over-ignited when the song “I’m Too Sexy” was used in connection with the introduction, which led to an unkind encounter with a stair that came loose.
– It is not very dramatic, but I have sustained a reasonably large injury, the 55-year-old says.

His trousers, which were also used when he was part of the NRK success “Maskorama”, had also become bigger since last time, according to the celebrity stylist. The trousers “sagged” and this is said to have weakened his mobility.
Jan Thomas made a small jump up a flight of stairs, which should have been fastened, but it turned out that it was not. Thus the stairs under him disappeared.

The celebrity stylist then fell forward and scraped up the calf from the ankle and all the way up to the knee.
– If I had been at home, I would have started laughing, he admits.
But since the 55-year-old was at work, he thought “the show must go on” and completed the rehearsals for the program. However, he makes no secret of the fact that it hurt.

– It really hurts, says Jan Thomas, and explains that it stings a lot when he takes a shower.

– When men get sick, they get sick, that is. I feel terrible pity for myself. I’ll milk it for what it’s worth, he says humorously.

On Instagram, the celebrity stylist’s followers have seen that his girlfriend Harlem Alexander (34) has posed as a “nurse”.
Jan Thomas points out that his girlfriend was good at washing and applying wound cream, and that he has now also got a 25 centimeter long patch.

Ready for work again
Wednesday is a new recording day and Jan Thomas is ready to enter the role of host again with the wound on his leg – he is confident that it will go well.
