RTV Rijnmond have contacted FC Twente technical director Jan Streuer.
Streuer says FC Twente do not want to lose Ramiz Zerrouki, but after Feyenoord reported again on Sunday afternoon with an offer, the parties involved will return to talks.
UPDATE 12:18 • RTV Oost’s Tijmen van Wissing has just reported via Twitter that FC Twente technical director Jan Streuer has responded to news surrounding the talks. “They (Feyenoord) have reported, so I too will provide an answer soon. It’s so nice to let Feyenoord know first what the answer will be.”
But does that mean a departure is now negotiable, as stated? “Well, there’s a lot of talk. Everyone thinks it’s about money. We also talked about ambitions. I’ll let Feyenoord know soon,” Streuer told the reporter.
The midfielder missed FC Twente’s training session again today. Zerrouki is sick. “He really has the flu,” said coach Ron Jans.
