A photo shows that Jan has a serious wound on his nose. And that is of course quite annoying if you have to speak in front of an audience that day. Fortunately, Jan has someone who knows how to make his face completely cool again.

On his Instagram, Jan shares two selfies with his makeup artist Arfana. The first one clearly shows his battered face. “Injured after a collision with the car door,” he writes. ‘I got to talk about a pension course today and so Arfana came to my rescue’. The second photo shows that Arfana indeed has a great talent for makeup. You can no longer see anything of the injuries to his nose.

Jan did not suffer much from his injuries, because not much later he shows on his Instagram that he has decorated his Christmas tree. And to be honest, it does look very nice!

Jan de Hoop recently had a rather unhappy moment on television. He did not realize that the live broadcast of the breakfast news had already started and that made for hilarious images.
