THE LATEST DISAPPOINTMENT – The James Webb Space Telescope is the world’s leading space science observatory.
This James Webb telescope can see what the universe was like about a quarter billion years ago or perhaps back 100 million years after the Big Bang, when the first stars and galaxies started to form.
This telescope has succeeded in observing a mysterious planet outside our solar system, which is named planet GJ 1214 b.

Reported by the Latest Malang from NASA, the planet which is also called Mini Neptune is known to be too hot to accommodate oceans of water.
Lead author Eliza Kempton, a researcher at the University of Maryland, said the mysterious planet is shrouded in some kind of fog or layer of clouds. He also revealed that the atmosphere is still hidden from the observation of researchers.
Mini Neptune creates a heat map
Kempton said in a paper published in Nature that if it were really rich in water, this planet could have been a “water world” with large amounts of water and ice material at the time of its early formation.
The research team is taking advantage of a new approach to penetrate the thick barrier on Mini Neptune.
