James Harden could return to San Antonio

Five weeks after a hamstring injury took him off the court, James Harden could make his comeback tonight against the San Antonio Spurs. As reported ESPN, the Nets plan to change their star status to game-time decision; that is, it will be shortly before the start of the match against the Texas franchise when it is known if he is finally ready to have minutes.

That Harden is now back in action is far from a surprise. He himself commented a few days ago that he would be in perfect condition for the playoffs and that he expected to even play a couple of regular season games before that. With this in mind, he has been intensifying his work in recent training sessions. Whether his return is now or the next meeting is expected is something that he will decide at the last moment together staff team technician and doctor.

Harden has admitted that recovering from this injury is proving difficult. At first it seemed that it would be an absence that would be around two weeks; however, a setback in rehabilitation made him return to the starting square. Given such a setback, Brooklyn chose to slow down his activity with the intention of avoiding more surprises and reaching the postseason in full physical condition.

Once you have returned, it will be time to finally know what you can do with Kevin Durant and James Harden, since the three have only played seven games together this year. Until the injury Harden was averaging 25.2 points, 8 rebounds and 10.9 assists for the New York organization.
