James Franco: – «He is a sexual predator»

Actor James Franco (42) has in several rounds been accused of inappropriate sexual behavior. Especially during the metoo campaign in 2018, several women claimed that he had exposed them sexual harassment.

In 2014, he had to apologize after it became known that as a 36-year-old he had met a 17-year-old girl in a hotel room.

Now, however, it is actress, comedian and musician Charlyne Yi (35) who directs hard shots at Franco.

“Tried to bribe me”

In a number of posts on Instagram, she describes him as a “sexual predator”. She writes that she tried to withdraw from the recording of “The Disaster Artist”.

“When I tried to break the contract and quit ‘Disaster Artist’ because James Franco is a sexual predator, they tried to bribe me with a bigger role,” she claims in the post.

The post is aimed at both Franco and co-star Seth Rogen (38). The latter because he allegedly let Franco hold on without intervening.

Yi does not write specifically what she thinks Franco has done, and whether she thinks that she herself is exposed to inappropriate behavior on his part.

Actress Michelle Macedo has after Yi’s post gone out with her own experience of Franco.

“I starred in an ensemble film against him in 2016. It was one of the most toxic, abusive recordings I have ever been a part of. I have been terrified to say anything until now, for fear of revenge from the powerful, predator producers “, she writes on Instagram.

She further claims that the recording gave her PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

Directed lawsuit

In October last year directed two of the former students, Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal, a lawsuits against Franco, in which they claimed that the actor and his business partners have sexually exploited them.

“Despite the fact that the slippery accusations in the indictment have provided good tabloid material, they are also false and provocative, legally unfounded and wrongly promoted in the form of a class action lawsuit, mostly to achieve maximum attention,” it said in the response.

“This lawsuit is a parody of the justice system and the culmination of an incompetent campaign that has wrongfully dishonored a good man’s well-deserved reputation,” it continued.
