James Corden was the owner of the restaurant “the most rude host of the last 25 years” | backbiting

James Corden was temporarily banned from a New York restaurant for being rude, according to restaurant owner Keith McNally. The host of the American television program The late show he would have behaved badly with the staff. The ban has now been lifted, he reports NBC News Tuesday.

McNally owns the Balthazar restaurant in SoHo. When Corden came to eat there in June, he is said to have found a hair in his food. He then asked a restaurant employee for a free drink for everyone in attendance. “And take care of all our drinks so far,” Corden is said to have said, according to the manager’s report. According to McNally, Corden also threatened to write a negative review.

On October 9, Corden is said to have gotten mad over an omelette ordered by his wife, Julia Carey. When the kitchen staff remade the omelette, it was served with chips instead of salad. But Carey would have ordered her omelette with salad.

“Then James Corden started yelling like crazy at the waiter,” the report reads. Corden is said to have repeatedly stated that the waiter would not be good at his job and suggested that he make an omelette himself. The waiter apologized and the manager was called, after which everything was back to normal, according to McNally.

The restaurant owner described Corden on social media as an “idiot” and said he was “the rudest host in the last 25 years”. McNally did not allow Corden to return to the restaurant until he apologized. According to the restaurant owner, he is now the host. He would call McNally and apologize profusely. McNally: “Someone who can be humble enough to apologize to a loser like me doesn’t deserve to be banned anywhere.”
