James Corden has tested positive for COVID-19. In an Instagram post, the host and actor announced that he has contracted the coronavirus, despite being fully vaccinated and having received his booster.
He insisted, however, that he feels great and confirmed that his talk show will be put on hiatus for several days, asking his admirers to watch out for them. James Corden is not the only host to have contracted COVID-19, as Jimmy Fallon also contracted the virus a few days ago.
The host did reveal that he had recently been tested positive for COVID-19, but had only had mild symptoms because he had already received three doses of the vaccine.
The presenter of the Tonight Show took to social media earlier this week to talk about his experience.
He said, “Hi, everyone. On the first day of Christmas vacation, I tested positive for COVID-19. I received the two doses and then the third, which is why I only experienced mild symptoms. ”
He added, “Thank you to the doctors and nurses for their hard work every day. Thank you NBC for taking all health protocols seriously. ”
Last week, actor Hugh Jackman announced in a video that he had contracted the virus.
