BREAKING NEWS: After Bandang Parapat, the Road is Covered by Landslides, Lalin is Paralyzed
TRIBUN-MEDAN.COM, MEDAN – The City Center for Tourism in Parapat, Simalungun Regency, was hit by a flood, Thursday (13/5/2021).

Apart from flooding in the City Center, the Siantar-Parapat Trans-Sumatra Road to be precise in Sualan Village, Sibaganding, Girsang Sipangan Bolon District was covered with landslide material.
As a result of the flood, traffic was paralyzed along Jalan Panatapan Sualan, precisely in front of the HKBP Sualan Church.
Landslide material containing rock, mud and logs has piled up on the road body.
Simalungun Police Chief AKBP Agus Waluyo was contacted Tribune Medan, said that currently members of the Simalungun Police have been deployed to clean the flood material.
“For the time being it is still controlled by members, I am heading to the TKP. For the time being, the traffic flow is also closed so that it does not pass from the location because it is prone to landslides,” said Agus Waluyo.
According to residents, the flood began to occur at 15.30 WIB after heavy rain.
As a result of the flood, Parapat City is now paralyzed.
