Jakob is just two years old and suffers from a serious and rare heart disease. Because his heart is no longer pumping enough blood through his body, he always has an artificial heart weighing 15 kilos with him. His family is now taking part in the “Run for your heart” campaign to raise awareness of the issue of transplants for children.
