Toll road Jakarta-Tangerang precisely around the submerged Bitung flood. Impact of the flood, traffic congested up to ten kilometres.
This flood information was directly confirmed by Jasa Marga officer Ahmad. He said that currently the Jakarta-Tangerang Km 24 toll road has been flooded.
“For correct information, the traffic on the Jakarta Tangerang toll road is congested. The information we have received is that it is congested right now because there is an overflow of river water around Km 24,” Ahmad said when he was contacted at 9.55pm WIB, Sunday (13/11/2022).
Ahmad said only the right lane of the toll road is currently passable for vehicles. Meanwhile, the other toll lanes cannot be crossed by vehicles.
“The current information is that the conditions at that location are on the right shoulder or only the right lane that can be crossed,” he said.
The density occurs from Kembangan to Karawaci. Ahmad said officers at the scene were also still trying to regulate traffic.
“From Kembangan to Karawaci, this is the position from Km 9 to Km 21, then from Km 22 to Km 24,” he said.
Not only does this lead to Tangerang, flood it also happened on the toll road leading to Jakarta. However, in the opposite direction the flood only submerged the left hand side of the toll road.
“Directions for Jakarta there is a puddle of water on the left shoulder and lane 1 of the puddle,” he said.
