The latest news comes from the bullying case in international high school. The families of students who are victims of bullying apply for protection to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).
“That’s right, the family has submitted a request for protection to the LPSK on Friday (23/2),” said Deputy Chair of the LPSK, Maneger Nasution, when confirmed, Sunday (25/2/2024).
Maneger said the application process was being processed. He emphasized that LPSK will process it according to applicable procedures.
“LPSK will process the application according to applicable procedures,” he said.
Victims Apply for Physical Protection-Restitution
Maneger said the victim offered physical protection. Apart from that, the victim also applied for restitution facilities.
“The form of application they submitted was a physical protection program,” said Deputy Chair of LPSK, Maneger Nasution.
He said the victim asked LPSK to facilitate the calculation of compensation. Namely in the form of facilitating restitution.
“Facilitation for calculating compensation in the form of restitution facilitation,” he said.
