The KPK Supervisory Board (Dewas) finished holding an ethics trial for 90 employees regarding illegal levies or extortion at the KPK Detention Center today. During the trial, the amount of extortion received by the KPK employees was read out.
The trial was held in the office Dewas KPK, Jakarta, Thursday (15/2/2024). 78 of them were given heavy ethical sanctions in the form of requiring an open apology. Meanwhile, 12 of them were handed over to the Secretary General of the Corruption Eradication Committee because extortion activities occurred before Dewas KPK formed.
A total of 90 people were divided into 6 clusters with different nominal numbers and people. Here are the details:
