Shares of Jakpaisan Estate (JAK), first trading day (18 Jan), opening price of 2.26 baht, an increase of 0.80 baht or 55.86% from the IPO price of 1.45 baht, with the share price rising up to 2.36 baht, the lowest of 2.04 baht. At 10.06 hrs, the price moved at 2.20 baht, an increase of 0.75 baht or 51.72%, a dense trading value of 248.63 million baht.
As for JAK, it is the first IPO of 2021 to be traded on the mai stock exchange, with 82.71 million shares offered, with Mr. Weeraphan Chakpaisarn as the main shareholder of 173.33 million shares or 54.17% if it includes the family group. Chakpaisan holds 69.12% of shares
JAK has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years, in the category of development and sales of low-rise and high-rise real estate, condominiums, commercial buildings and detached houses in Bangkok – perimeter.
