showbizJamie Vaes (32) has been heard for the first time since the alleged abuse by her partner Lil Kleine (27). In a written response to the newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’, the stylist says on Wednesday that she is “an enormous amount of heartbreak”. She also states that in the case there are “no winners, only losers”.

“I normally never respond, but the stories are getting crazier,” it sounds. “I’m a full-time mother who suddenly finds herself alone. I have a lot of heartbreak to process in an unreal situation. The last thing I’m doing is Jorik (the real name of the rapper, ed.) into a trap.”

With the statement, the Dutch responds to a rumor that was spread on Tuesday through a so-called ‘juice channel’. In it it was said that the stylist would have deliberately set her partner Jorik Scholten into a trap and would only be after money. “These are Jorik’s actions that have been stopped in an unfortunate and harsh way. There are no winners, only losers”, she concluded her statement.

Scholten was again transferred to prison on Tuesday on suspicion of assaulting his fiancée. He was previously released pending the investigation, but the Public Prosecution Service appealed. The rapper is said to have jammed Jaimie’s head between a car door.
