Hude
The last blood donation campaign of the German Red Cross (DRK) in December was successful. Around 310 people from Hude and the surrounding area donated their blood on the two afternoons. The resident local association is very happy about this increase compared to the date in September, and thanks all donors.
The food truck present with delicious burgers should have contributed to the good result, so that it will also be on site at the next donation date.
The next blood donation will take place this Monday and Tuesday, January 4th and 5th, January 4th and 5th, from 3pm to 7.45pm in the Jahnhalle at Vielstedter Kirchweg 13 in Hude. “Unfortunately, due to the short time gap, all donors from the last week have to wait a little longer for their first donation in 2021, but the DRK is hoping for many citizens who were unable to attend the last appointment as well as those who are interested,” said DRK spokesman Roar Abel. Since the Jahnhalle can only be used for blood donations during the holidays, but blood reserves are currently urgently needed, the date had to be set that way.
