Jágr does not slow down even after his 49th birthday. He scored two goals against Prostějov

The owner of the Knights Jágr experienced the first multipoint match of the season. So far, the second most productive player in NHL history has scored a goal and two passes in 13 games, and in the last two duels before the national team break he came out empty-handed.

He had two points against the Hawks in the 4th minute. After 54 seconds of the game, he found Tomáš Guman in front of the goal, who opened the score. Then Jágr also assisted Tomáš Plekance’s goal. At 7:01, Antonín Melka increased the lead to 3: 0 in the power play.

Before the half of the match, Matěj Novák reduced, and in the 45th minute Prostějov got within range with a numerical advantage. Ondřej Machala insured Kladno’s third win from the last six matches four and a half minutes before the end. The Knights ended a series of five Hawk wins.

Newcomer Vrchlabí remained in the lead thanks to the sixth home win in a row. Although the stadium lost from the eighth minute after the goal of Adam Dlouhý, after 82 seconds in his own weakening Pavel Mrňa equalized and in the time of 51:02 Ondřej Matýs decided. Benátky nad Jizerou lost outside for the fifth time in a row.
