LONDON – Three players England National Team suffered racism by some fans after missing a penalty kick in the final Euro 2020. The disgraceful act of the fan was condemned by the English Football Federation (FA)

The FA condemned the racist abuse directed at Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Saka after England lost at Euro 2020. Even the Police stepped in to investigate the abuse.

“We cannot explain that whoever is behind such disgusting behavior will not be accepted by the team,” the FA said in a statement citing the BBC.

“We will continue to do everything we can to remove discrimination from the game, but we ask the government to act quickly and bring in appropriate legislation so that this abuse has real-life consequences.”

“Social media companies need to step up and take accountability and action to ban perpetrators from their platforms, gather evidence that could lead to prosecution and support to make their platforms free of this abhorrent type of abuse,” the FA said in a statement.
