Jacqueline Sullivan showcases the art of Beatrice Bonino in New York – MilK Decoration.

Jacqueline Sullivan invited the French artist of Italian origin berenice bonino to design a custom exhibition for his gallery in Tribeca. Entitled “If I did, I did, I die”, it punctuates a New York stay of nearly three months at a pivotal moment in the young woman’s life. For this creative feat, she explored the concept of memory and the inherent transience of things. Materials rescued from the street associated with others found in hardware stores (latex, plastic, cardboard, foam, rubber, steel wool, veils, bra clips…) and obscure ceramics form pieces whose aura exceeds the assumed role. And an accidental poetry is imprinted in the hollow of these strange links that wrap the places in softness, like the lead ribbons that punctuate the journey in the decor.

Exposition « If I did, I did, I die », jusqu’au 15 avril 2023.
52 Walker Street, 4th Floor, NY 10013
