Jacob Elordi will be the new face of a monstrous creature in Frankenstein, the upcoming Netflix adaptation directed by Guillermo del Toro. The Australian actor, known for the film Saltburn and the famous series Euphoria, will be the replacement for Andrew Garfield, who has had to leave the project due to scheduling conflicts resulting from the problems brought about by the actors and screenwriters’ strikes in 2023.

Elordi, most recently known for his portrayal of Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s drama Priscilla, has gained recognition in Hollywood after his television role with HBO. The 26-year-old star, who had already collaborated with the red “N” from 2018 to 2021 in the Kissing Booth trilogy, will work with the platform again thanks to his new role, which will work closely with the filmmaker Mexican, which comes from harvesting.
