Absent. Announced uncertain, Jackson Muleka and Ameen Al Dakhil did not make the trip to Antwerp. The Congolese striker suffers from a tear in the hamstrings which will earn him a minimum of three weeks of unavailability. As for the young central defender, he still complains of calf pain but is expected to resume training this week.
Epolo. Laurent Henkinet ‘not being fully ready yet, it is the young 16-year-old goalkeeper who took his place on the bench.
Tribute. The Standard players wore a black armband on their arm, in tribute to Franck Berrier, who died Friday of a cardiac arrest. A minute of silence, perfectly respected, was also observed before the kick-off of the match.
