Bam Margera, the famous “Jackass” star, surrendered to the Pennsylvania State Police after allegedly punching his brother during an altercation at their home in the Philadelphia suburbs, according to reports. Margera pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and was released on $50,000 unsecured bail, with conditions banning him from contacting his brother, father, or two other people who were in the house at the time. In addition, he was ordered to stay away from the house. State police were called to the residence following a reported domestic disturbance on Sunday, and court documents show that Margera’s brother, Jesse, reported that Bam broke down his locked bedroom door and then punched him in the kitchen. The reality TV star was charged with simple assault, harassment, and four counts of terroristic threats. His lawyer, Michael van der Veen, released a statement denying any wild rumors about Margera’s behavior and insisting that his client was in good health and good spirits. Margera’s next court date is May 25.
