The bill also provides for the introduction of a levy on extraordinary corporate profits for 2022, including energy companies, which will enable the provision of funds to support vulnerable customers, local government units and other energy recipients.

In a letter sent by Sasin to the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers, Łukasz Schreiber, he asked for consent to apply a separate procedure to the project, consisting in the omission of certain stages of the legislative procedure, including agreements, public consultations and the issuing of opinions.
